A reloadable card is generated with a 3 year expiration date. When this expiration date passes, some of our older versions of the software doesn't properly handle the workflow to regenerate a new reloadable. In this video, I'll walk you through how to disable the old card, and generate a new reloadable card to be used moving forward. You can see the expiration date of the reloadable card in the Virtual Payments tab. Another sign that it has expired is the software will display a "Fail to reload VCC" error when trying to use this card:
Be sure to update the card information if it is stored on file with any suppliers.
